The DWM Chilean Model 1895 is a used bolt-action rifle chambered in 7x57mm, made in 1902 by Deutsche Waffen und Munitionsfabriken in Berlin. It has a 29-inch round barrel and a blue finish. The supplier describes a Chilean crest on the receiver and a 1902-dated cartouche on the stock. The action is smooth and works correctly. The serial numbers on the bolt do not match the rest of the rifle.

This rifle suits an Ohio collector of military bolt-action rifles who values original markings. The Chilean contract configuration and dated stock details are the points a collector will examine. The stock is very good, with light handling impressions. The non-matching bolt is a condition note a buyer should review before ordering.
